Professional Services (Resume Writing, LinkedIn Critiques, Career Coaching)

Because professional services involve time, expertise, and customized work:

• Service purchases are non-refundable once work has begun, including intake review or document analysis.

• If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any applicable processing fees.

• No refunds are issued after a resume draft, written critique, or coaching session has been delivered.

• Coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• Services are subject to the revision, expiration, and scope limitations outlined in the Services Agreement.
